Return Policy
At Epic Paddles, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we invest in ensuring that each paddle is of top quality and ready to use. However, life happens, and sometimes you just can't afford to keep your new paddle.
You have 99 days from the delivery date to return a paddle. It must include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Please note that in the case of severe damage, we reserve the right to decline a return.
All return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and these costs are non-refundable.
Please allow for 3-5 business days for the return process, and expect your refund within 7 business days if approved. To begin a return, please send a message through our Contact page.
Warranty
Epic Paddles offers an incredible 120-day warranty on our products, starting from the original purchase date. If any manufacturing defects are identified, we'll send you a replacement paddle at no extra cost.
This warranty does not extend to damages from incorrect use, regular game play, negligence, mishandling, or accidents. It also excludes theft, loss, faded graphics, worn grip tape, or common wear and tear. The warranty is only available to the original purchaser.
Epic Paddles maintains the right to inspect the products for defects. Warranty claims are subject to our discretion, and we'll need 3-5 business days to verify the issues after receipt.
